For example, they may be very good at math and yet experiencing significant difficulty with reading. Alternatively reading may be very good and yet they cannot remember their times tables no matter how hard they try, or have difficulty lining up their math work on their page.
Teachers and parents are often very good at knowing what the problem is: our job is to find out why it is a problem and then work as a team to do something about it!
Brainy Blocks Occupational Therapy for Children is a full time professional Occupational Therapy Centre specialising in the assessment and intervention of children with learning and co-ordination disorders. We are able to identify the underlying issues and how these interact together to impact on everyday performance.
Fees are based on an hourly rate and will vary depending on the service requested. Rebates are available from your private health care funds.
